Shipping & Returns

Shipping information: Raleigh’s Rags ships to the Contiguous USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, thru Priority Mail and/or UPS. If needing another shipping carrier, please contact me ahead of time. Raleigh’s Rags does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Priority Rates are $5.99 - $6.99. UPS shipping charges are $9.99 - $18.50 depending on weight and order content. After pressing the grey checkout tab, press the “get shipping quote” link where the shipping charges are determined for you, and it’s quite easy to back out of. Combine shipping is $2.00 for each additional item being shipped, depending on order content. For combined shipping, please contact me, where your invoice can be adjusted.

Return Policy: Raleigh's Rags guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return in its original unused condition, including bag and/or hanger, within 14 days of delivery to the address below. You will receive a full refund of your purchase excluding shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges for returned or exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: Raleigh's Rags is not responsible for damage caused by customers or their dogs to merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition with bag. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, we suggest that you send your return via Federal Express, UPS, or U.S. Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If the insured item becomes lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the Post Office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, not Raleigh’s Rags.

Canceling an Order: If you need to request that your order be cancelled, please call immediately at (405) 628-9732 to determine if it is possible to cancel part or all of your order.

Return Instructions: Please package your return in a padded envelope or box and include a note (preferably on the packing slip) with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please describe what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.
